Teflon® (Pfa 450HP)
The Teflon®
jacket is produced from Genuine Du Pont
Teflon® Pfa 450HP which is the leading semicon high purity
fluoropolymer. Purity measured in pp/million allows universal
use throughout the wafer process industry. |

Core
Materials (Viton®, Silicone)
The energising core of
either Viton® or
Silicone is used to energise the Pfa jacket
and affect the seal. As the encapsulation is seamless
and resistant to permeation conlamination is not
possible.
Should the jacket become damaged then the seal must
be removed and exchanged. |

| Teflon

저항성을 갖는다. 260 ℃까지 사용가능하며,

extractables for most demanding uses, Components of Teflon
PFA HP have superior resistance to environmental stress
cracking. Rated for use at up to 500℉(260℃), Teflon PFA
HP is unaffected by virtually all chemicals and solvents.
